On 3 February a memorial run in honour of well known Wellington trail runner and all round good guy Joe Benbow was held. Joe tragically died by suicide on 11 September 2023 and left behind his wife and three young tamariki.

WoRM (Wellington Running Meetup), Wild Things and the local trail community organised this event to honour Joe and the contribution he made to our running community, and to fundraise to support his family.
